After selling one of the largest family owned and operated homebuilding companies in Snohomish County back in 2017, Larry and David Sundquist realized they needed something new to do.

Originally conceived as a small operation that would fix up homes in need up upgrading and occasionally build something new, they quickly realized that they could fulfill a need for locally rooted, designed, and built homes.

So they assembled an incredible team and the rest is quickly becoming history.

Building primarily to the north of Seattle and the Eastside, they focus on small, intimate communities of new homes, showcasing stunning and current styles and finishes. From sweeping farmhouse-styled homes in the Canyon Park area of Bothell, to modern living at it’s best in the Lynnwood/Mill Creek areas, they look forward to building something that is perfect for you. (Upcoming communities in Lynnwood and Edmonds!)

The business focuses on homes that are ready for you to move in – no custom builds here, unfortunately! (But they have some great friends in the industry they can point you to if that’s what you are looking for.)

Larry has been a foundational part of the PNW construction industry for nearly five decades. His passion for homebuilding and common sense approach to problem solving has been a major key to his success and industry leadership. He has been awarded an impressive array of industry awards and has led and served on many industry and governmental organizations.

David Sundquist

Partner, Progeny, and Visionary.

As the fourth generation in the family business, a passion for homebuilding has always been in David’s blood, starting with moving and remodeling four homes as his senior project in high school. He leverages a strong technology background and approach to building, keeping things organized and on schedule while maintaining high quality control standards.

Wes Tanigawa

Money Wizard and Project Manager.

Wes brings over two decades of expedience in finance and accounting, as well as an extensive understanding of technology, HR, and construction analysis. He plays a key role in translating economic data into forecasting models, while finding solutions to some of the challenges that can arise within the homebuilding industry.

Development Project Manager.

Loree has spent decades as a formidable force in the local development industry. Initially working in civil engineering and surveying, she became an essential part of the success of Sundquist Homes when she joined in 1991. Her experience makes her a sought out and respected resource not only to Adamant, but to the local municipalities she works with.

Kristi Sundquist

Listing Agent and Interior Designer.

Kristi has over two decades experience in the New Home Sales, Marketing, Development, and Construction industries. Since 2016, she transitioned full time to real estate and now brings together the creative power of her background with the collaborative power of her With Kristi+Co Real Estate Team at Keller Williams North Seattle to Adamant.
