It has been a long-standing belief at Adamant Homes that real estate professionals are essential partners to our business. Your professionalism and participation in the sales process is what moves our communities forward and we are delighted to reward your efforts.

We offer published selling office commissions in all our NWMLS listings. This is paid at closing to you when one of the following scenarios are met:

  1. You personally accompany your clients on their first visit and register them with the site agent or online on this page.

  2. If you are unable to attend with your clients on their first visit, you may register them in advance at the bottom of this page or within 24 hours of their first visit. In addition, they must identify you as their agent when they register at their initial visit and you must accompany them on their second visit.

If neither of these scenarios have occurred and you write an accepted contract for a home, Adamant Homes will extend a 1% referral fee to you at closing.

Please note that you must hold an active real estate license in the state of Washington when the offer is written and when closing occurs to be eligible for a commission or referral fee to be paid.

All registrations are valid for 90 days and may be extended under certain circumstances. If you have any questions, please reach out to the listing agent or via our website.
