As is pretty common with new construction, addresses don’t always map right away.
So if you use GPS, you can use 17924 Bellflower Rd, Bothell and it will get you there.
And if you’re old school, follow these:
From I-5 take exit 183 for 164th St SW. Turn east onto 164th St SW. Turn right (south) onto North Rd. Turn left (east) onto Bellflower Rd and the community will be around the curve on the RIGHT.
